1. General Provisions

1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the afc444 platform, including all betting, casino, live dealer, and gaming services offered via the website at afc444.app and any associated mobile interface.

1.2 afc444 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform to any individual or jurisdiction at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or internal risk management policies.

1.3 These terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version shall be the authoritative version.

1.4 If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use afc444. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. afc444 may request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to be operated by an underage individual will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one registered account on afc444. Registering or operating more than one account — whether in your own name or under a different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information at the time of registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. afc444 bears no liability for losses or delays arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify afc444 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC). afc444 may require you to complete identity verification — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — before processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims. Verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo ID, along with proof of address dated within the last three months. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the originating institution. afc444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

3.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be fully verified in accordance with clause 2.5. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. afc444 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

3.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Verified withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, platform maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

3.6 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonus Funds. Funds credited as part of a bonus or promotional offer may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before requirements are satisfied will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

3.7 Transaction Fees. afc444 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges, for which afc444 accepts no responsibility.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered players only. afc444 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Certain promotions may be restricted to players in specific regions or who use specific payment methods.

4.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be made. 4.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. afc444 will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

4.5 Modification or Cancellation. afc444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account prior to the modification, provided applicable terms are met.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on afc444 are subject to acceptance by the platform. afc444 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of system error, data feed errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. Limits may vary by market, game type, event, or player account status. Current limits are displayed within the relevant betting or gaming interface.

5.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, obvious pricing errors, technical malfunction, or where the integrity of the event is in question. Void bets are settled at the original stake with no winnings paid.

5.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket fixtures. afc444 uses live data feeds to update in-play markets; however, the platform accepts no liability for any delay between real-world events and market updates. afc444 may suspend in-play markets at any time.

5.5 Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot games on afc444 utilise certified random-number generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the individual game information panel. The house edge means that over time the platform retains a mathematical advantage; there is no strategy that guarantees a positive outcome.

5.6 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game or betting market, afc444 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. afc444's decision in such matters is final.

6. Prohibited Conduct

6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on afc444 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Placing bets or wagers using funds derived from criminal activity.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, bonus abuse, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.

6.2 Where afc444 reasonably suspects that any of the above conduct has occurred, it may freeze the relevant account, withhold withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to appropriate authorities without prior notice to the player concerned.
